Eigentlich will sich Ray (John Cusack) mit einer Wandertour durch die Wildnis nur wieder mit seinem Sohn zusammenraufen und Frank Carden (Morgan Freeman) – ein Profi Killer – will nur einen Auftrag erledigen. Doch in Bruce Beresford packendem Thrillerprallen die Schicksale der beiden mit voller Wucht aufeinander, und es beginnt ein raffiniertes, tödliches Katz- und Mausspiel. Carden, der nach einem Autounfall von einem Provinzsheriff festgenommen wird, soll ans FBI überstellt werden. Doch nachdem seine Komplizen den Gefangenentransport mit Waffengewalt gestoppt haben, verunglückt der Wagen im Nirgendwo der amerikanischen Wildnis. Ausgerechnet Ray und Chris finden auf ihrem Outdoor-Trip den mit Handschellen gefesselten Auftragskiller. Trotz aller Angebote und Drohungen von Carden, beschließt Ray, den Gefangenen den Behörden zu übergeben. Das unfreiwillige Trio gerät jedoch schon bald in einen Hinterhalt von Cardens Männern.

This is a good book on contract drafting, which I recommend if you write contracts dealing with financing and acquisitions, which is the author’s specialty.
For a more comprehensive resource on contract drafting, I recommend Manual of Style for Contract Drafting, Second Edition by Ken Adams. That book, and Ken’s web site AdamsDrafting are, in my opinion, the best sources available for advice on contract drafting.
