Too much emphasis has been placed on the exterior acceptable performances as opposed to working with esoteric values of genuine merit, self-validated inclination, inherent artistic passion, and decidedly self-enriching interest.

Unless one finds, receives, uploads and expresses his/her innate sacred sensual sexual artistic creative energy (talent), the person shall be utterly miserable and perfectly unfulfilled on a soul’s level no matter what worldly success, position and status achieved.

While academic studies of are vital importance in the life of every individual birthed onto this plane of existence, not to address the esoteric needs, desires and soul’s requirements of the human being would be a blasphemous atrocity of the worst kind.

As living breathing social sacred sensual sexual artistic divinely inspired impregnated creative creatures, our precious ruthless soul demands genuine artistic expression and connection.

Formidable creation is our god-given birthright as the core essence of whom we are and why we are experiencing this life! When we deprive our basic hallowed DNA coded blueprint of the delegated personal, professional, relational, and esoterically psychologically imbued educational sacred sensual sexual artistic menu buried deep within latent creative endeavors, the devastating consequence is a result of warm bodies who are no more than card board boxes fashioned as paper dolls who maneuver throughout the day needlessly and mindlessly unmotivated.

If we continue to deny the very essence of our being alive in exchange for a facsimile of counterfeit expression, referred to as ‘standard acceptable maturity”, then, collectively we, as well as, everyone else on the planet loses, regresses and suppresses authenticity.

Bottom line: fake automatons serving out our time on earth according to the dictates of conventional society.

No longer is this standard way of living satisfactory.

The galactic ‘raising of consciousness of mankind’ is upon us and we are all part of the collective transformative global process. Modifications, alterations, radical transformations are being called into existence because of the need to rise above mediocrity being pawned off as maturity.

Adulthood is defined as one being at liberty to pursue every ounce of his/her creative being without fear of rectification, reconciliation, or reprimand.

An untamed undomesticable free-flowing man/woman is not a criminal but is certainly dangerous! Dangerous in the sense that he/she thinks, acts and behaves from his sanctified ‘gut instinct’ once after having gotten in touch with it.

Unconventional Esoteric Psychological Education is a perfect marriage partner for rational traditional education and psychology. The two will find each other as complimentary bed-fellows when ‘rearing up the earth’s children’ into sufficiently liberated self-contained creatively expressive productive individuals.

The citizens who hallmark the galactic ‘raising of consciousness’ era will profoundly enact social change for the betterment (evolving) of mankind. As our revered ants who immeasurably cooperatively work together to build their highly organized, respected, unbreakable colonies upon their immaculately fortressed maintained hills, which can last up to forty or more years without intrusion or dismantling, we too, are building stellar human being colonies which can and will survive for eons of time and space throughout this galactically changing turbulent season.

As a cosmically challenged motivated galactic adult human being, we will do things out of the deeply indelibly ingrained passion we have hidden in hearts on our own stimulated artistic volition and ignited enthusiastic motivation.

Our verbal capacities will excel, innate comprehension soar, problem solving abilities expand, while the hallowed ability to communicate through our own deeply enriched sacred sensual sexual artistic contributory impetus explode into unexplored regions of the infinite capacity of the human mind.

As Star Trek so articulately states, “the last frontier” will be the innovatively embraced frontier. Adulthood initially means we keep our agreements! We have no defining reason, barrier obstruction of resistance in keeping our agreements when we are following the dictates of our own cosmically designed hearts. It’s all a matter of ‘hooking into and onto’ what we are passionately motivated by through our sacred sensual sexual artistic creative precious ruthless soul’s impertinent desire to experience earth life unconditionally.

“Enter at they own subjugated risk” Be written across the lintel. When one is inhibited from developing his full budding gifts, abilities and talents, along with the overwhelming weariness associated from unexamined unearthed exhaustion and frustration, nothing but infallible destruction results.

Lethargy and inhibition result in repressed rage, unexpressed anger, and thwarted unchanelled crippled unbridled desire. Displaced wrath bottled and exploded unexpectedly and unnecessarily, due to an inability to express freely and connect indisputably, makes for the moist fertile breeding ground of slithering maggots in crime, poverty, dissolution, despair and ignorance.

The Principles of Whole Body Vibration Equipment – Understand Body Response To A Vibration Platform

This article addresses one of the most technical areas for understanding Whole Body Vibration equipment. It may serve you well to give this a second read through after the first, just to make sure nothing you grasp everything and don’t miss something important.

I’m going to get extremely technical in the following explanation in order to convey the exact scientific principles on which WBV functions and how it stimulates physiological response in the body.

Don’t rush through this content, take your time and allow yourself the opportunity to digest everything. Also, don’t hesitate to stop and look up a word or re-read a sentence if it doesn’t all click right away. There’s a good amount of scientific jargon here, and it can be a lot to chew in one bite.

A few years ago, when I began working with Whole Body Vibration equipment, it took me a while to learn and understand all of the technical data before I fully grasped the concepts.

Without further ado, let’s jump into the Principles of WBV:

Research has shown that mechanical vibrations applied to the muscle belly or tendons stimulate sensory receptors, mainly length-detecting muscle spindles.

The primary endings of the muscle spindle stimulated by the vibration of that muscle facilitate the activation of the alpha-motoneurons, causing reflex muscle contractions. This results in a tonic contraction of the muscle, referred to as Tonic Vibration Reflex or TVR.

Electromyogram (EMG) data have revealed that this neuromuscular response, TVR, is mediated by monosynaptic and polysynaptic pathways and results in increased motor unit activation.

The effect of vibration is to elicit short fast changes in the length of the muscle tendon complex through which reflex muscular activity attempts to dampen vibratory waves.

In addition, Whole Body Vibration employs the law of motion to improve functional force. Increases in strength, stability and power in the human body are a result of exercise in which either increased mass or increased acceleration is applied.

Most exercise and training programs use an increase in mass to, Whole Body Vibration equipment on the other hand, utilizes an increase in acceleration instead.

The effects of vibration depend on the properties of the muscle itself. The response of the TVR is influenced by:

• the frequency of vibration (number of times the platform cycles in a second, which translates into the number of forced involuntary muscle contractions experienced every second, measured in Hz),

• whether the muscle is relaxed or contracted,

• the level of pre-contraction of the muscle,

• the position of the body (static) or association with movement (dynamic, in terms of whether a muscle is shortening or lengthening), and

• the combined effect of all the muscles surrounding the joint.

The vibration is not only perceived by neuromuscular spindles but also by the skin, joints, and secondary nerve endings.

This is the factual scientific explanation, taken directly from research, of how vibration transmissions from a vibration platform affects the human body. You now have a fundamental understanding of the body’s response to vibration stimulus and an explanation for why Whole Body Vibration equipment is so effective in producing such great results.

What Is The True Value Of Whole Body Vibration Equipment? – How Much To Spend On A Vibration Plate

First off, I want to share something with you, whole body vibration equipment really does deliver an incredible value for the investment and really is not expensive at all!

Look, it’s inevitable that there is a certain amount of money you need to invest to get a quality vibration plate. Sure you can go cheap and buy an inexpensive device but you’re going to need to make an investment to get a device that will allow you to effectively accomplish your goals and last throughout your ownership.

And I can tell you right now, the cheap, inexpensive devices will do neither.

Just like when you buy a car, you go into it knowing there will be a financial commitment. You know however that the financial commitment you make when purchasing the car will provide certain value to you in return.

a vibration plate is no different, and just like cars, there are a variety of devices available with a multitude of options and capabilities ranging in price from very low to extremely high. The challenge is finding the right device to meet your needs at a good price.

So, what’s the best way to go about this? Well, to begin you need to ask yourself a few questions:

What style of vibration (pivotal or vertical) do I need?
Which class of vibration (training or therapy) do I want to utilize? (determined by what you want to accomplish by using WBV)
How much do I want to be capable of in terms of exercises and variety of use? (determines size of platform needed)
Where, how often, and who will the device be used by? (grade of the equipment)

Once you know the answers to these questions, finding the right model becomes very easy.

For what’s currently available, the sweet spot in price to get the most value for your dollar is right around $2000-3000 when purchasing a device primarily for home use. Below $2,000 there are only a couple machines you may be able to get by with, however choices are very limited as quality declines sharply under this price point and platform size are very limited.

The market below $2,000 is saturated with poorly designed and cheaply made devices, the few decent models available are really meant for vibration therapy, so if you’re looking for training results then you’ll need to find a stronger, sturdier device.

In the $3,000-5,000 range, equipment quality increases marginally as these are mostly the higher end light-commercial and home models with more options and capabilities.

Above $5,000 all but a few of the devices available are intended for heavy use in commercial applications. For most home users though, this is much more than you’ll ever need. Unless you truly have a need to purchase a large commercial grade machine, you’ll be spending much more than necessary if you buy one of those devices.

The single most important question you need to ask yourself when determining how much to spend is this: “How much is good health and a great quality of life worth to me?”

I can tell you right now that whatever your answer is, it’s easily worth much more than the cost of a vibration plate. And if you could achieve those levels of good health and greater quality of life at a fraction of the cost that they’re worth to you, it only makes sense to take advantage of the incredible opportunity to do so.

Another important consideration is the amount of money you spend each year maintaining replaceable, material possessions like vehicles, homes, leisure equipment, toys, etc. compared to how much you spend maintaining your irreplaceable body and health.

Nothing is more important than your health! Yet it’s becoming more and more challenging to maintain good health in this toxin-filled world.

When you’re healthy you feel better and it’s a proven fact that when you feel better your quality of life is far greater.

Don’t leave your future to chance, take control of your life and invest in your health now so you can quit surviving and start living. This is the only way to ensure an excellent quality of life throughout the years to come.

In the grand scheme of things, investing a few thousand dollars in your body and health is a very miniscule amount, especially when we’re talking about such a huge, invaluable return on your investment.

I walked a mile in eternity

When in blunder he got lost in his embellished fog

I do not want to walk on in vain

With very little insight without the pain

Of remembering who I am and what I do

To be aware of all that’s true

One does not have to stop moving in order to be still. The act of slowing down involves a complete surrender of the mind. Does that mean your mind has to go blank? No. It is possible to run a marathon in the quickest of strides along with five hundred more individuals and yet remain still. In fact, the successful runner cannot run otherwise. Becoming still absorbs the totality of your energy forcing you to become more subdued, focused and concentrated. The caustic plight you have found yourself engulfed in does not occur on the outside. Coaching Employees To Higher Performance

It really pains me when leaders talk about employees who don’t perform to minimum standards. It seems that rather than take on the problem, leaders often find it easier not to confront the issue. A big part of leading people is helping them understand when they are doing well and not doing so well. It is especially important to recognize someone at once when they are doing a good job. When they need to improve, your job is to coach them to better performance.

Some keys of coaching are: 1. Information: Know what is going on with your staff 2. Listen with empathy 3. Be aware of the work environment. This comes from talking to people 4. Instruct staff so they know exactly what is expected 5. Giving feedback

Good coaches are good role models. They demonstrate good work habits. They also get to know people well enough to be able to develop them appropriately.

Coaching is situational. You take different approaches depending on the employee and their overall competence and experience, as well as ability to do a specific task.

Look at the grid.

Grid I: Competent and task experienced There is no problem with employees in this box. Little follow up is needed here because the employee is dependable and good at his/her job. Though little follow up is needed, it is always wise to show appreciation for these gems! A verbal “attaboy” or “attagirl” is good and a written memo is even more memorable.

Most people I question about receiving written letters or memos telling them they did a good job say they still have those notes years later. Remember that it only takes a few moments to put your appreciation in writing.

I. Experienced at task and Competent overall No Problem: Keep in touch, but let employees do their job. Little follow up.

II. Inexperienced at task and Competent overall To avoid problem: Check up and coach by giving H.E.L.P. Some follow up.

III. Experienced at task but Incompetent at task Fix Problem: Coach and D.E.A.L. with problem. Follow up often.

IV. Inexperienced at task and incompetent at task Fix Problem: Train or retrain. Follow up often.

Grid II: Competent, but task inexperienced If the employee is having difficulties with the task after you’ve given instructions, you can avoid problems by coaching him/her with H.E.L.P.

H= Hear problem. Listen to your employee’s view about the task and state your own view. E= Encourage by asking open questions to learn more. Get details about the situation causing the problem. Discuss the task until there is mutual understanding of problem. L= Lead employee to come up with his/her own recommendations about what to do to solve the problem. P= Praise employee for his/her problem solving ideas. Follow up occasionally to offer resources and additional help, if needed.

Grid III: Experienced, but incompetent You need to fix this problem! The employee has been trained and retrained, yet still is performing below expectations. Before giving up on them, D.E.A.L. with the problem.

D= Describe the situation without getting personal or blaming. Be specific and objective about situation, not the person. E= Express your feelings. “When this happens, I am concerned (or frustrated) because we are not meeting customer expectations” (or wasting time and valuable resources.) Do not start sentences with “You always” or “You never.” The employee will become defensive and argue with you. A= Ask for what you want employee to do. Be specific with deadlines and checkpoints. L= Leave it on a positive note. Be encouraging and expect good results. Be motivating rather than demanding.

Follow up frequently. If employee still fails, it is time to stop coaching and start disciplining.

Grid IV: Inexperienced and task incompetent Make this a training or retraining issue. Be specific about instructions and ask employee to repeat them to be sure he/she understands what is expected.

With these coaching ideas, your job as a leader will become easier.

Ron Paul & Roe v Wade

Ron Paul is a hot topic these days for daily internet users. He calls himself a “constitutionalist” – in other words – his political policies adhere to a strict interpretation of the constitution. Foremost in these policies is that the federal government has no jurisdiction over abortion.

Using this as a backdrop, Ron Paul asserts that he’s a pro life presidential candidate. From this perspective, it’s important to understand what a Ron Paul presidency might mean to Roe v. Wade. Reading The Partial Birth Abortion Ban (Reference One) – strong language about Roe v. Wade offers insight:

Ron Paul Speaking:

“Although the real problem lies within the hearts and minds of the people,the legal problems of protecting life stem from the ill-advised Roe v. Wade ruling, a ruling that constitutionally should never have occurred.”

Ron Paul is basically saying that Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional – that Roe v. Wade is not legal, and should have never happened. Additional insight into Ron Paul’s views of Roe v. Wade and abortion can be seen in Federalizing Social Policy (Reference Two):

Ron Paul Speaking:

“Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided, but not because the Supreme Court presumed to legalize abortion rather than ban it. Roe was wrongly decided because abortion simply is not a constitutional issue. There is not a word in the text of that document, nor in any of its amendments, that conceivably addresses abortion. There is no serious argument based on the text of the Constitution itself that a federal “right to abortion” exists. The federalization of abortion law is based not on constitutional principles, but rather on a social and political construct created out of thin air by the Roe court.”

Here, Ron Paul again asserts that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided because it’s not a “constitutional issue”. This leads us to an important question – who does have jurisdiction over abortion? Who should decide if abortion is wrong or right? Who determines if pro life, or pro choice voters are supported? Additional examination of the same document reveals more insight:

“Under the 9th and 10th amendments, all authority over matters not specifically addressed in the Constitution remains with state legislatures. Therefore the federal government has no authority whatsoever to involve itself in the abortion issue. So while Roe v. Wade is invalid, a federal law banning abortion across all 50 states would be equally invalid.”

With little doubt, Ron Paul is asserting that the 50 states would individually determine the issue of abortion. Thus, one would assume that Ron Paul would not take a solid pro life (anti-abortion) stance – nor would he take a pro choice (pro abortion) stance either.

What does this mean for Roe v. Wade under a Ron Paul presidency? United States Presidents have only indirect power of such issues which are reflected in the United States Supreme Court Justices he appoints. In a Ron Paul presidency, it could be assumed he would appoint “constitutionalists” such as himself – building further support for overturning Roe v. Wade within the High Court.

Setup

Connecting the cables is relatively straightforward using the enclosed diagram. The first time I set it up, I couldn’t get the electronic programme guide to work (probably because of a poor TV signal in my area), although I learned to live with it as I was still able to pre-programme recordings. When I moved house, setup went as described, so I must presume that my first negative experience was a glitch. The EPG works well now and is always up to date.

The DVDR-80 can record from two external receivers (satellite set-top boxes, to you and me). UK users beware, though: not all makes of satellite receiver appear in the setup process.

Recording

There are several recording modes. These range from M8 (the manufacturers describe this as video quality, though I think it’s better than any recording on my best VCR), giving you eight hours’ recording time on a 4.7GB DVD-R or DVD-RW disc to M1, which gives you an hour of ultra-high quality DVD. The average home user will be very happy with M6, giving you 6 hours of better-than-VCR quality.

Programming a recording is straightforward, using either Guideplus, Videoplus, manual programming or safe record. The Guideplus recording works well; but you’ll need to pay attention to the end times. Unlike the Videoplus, Guideplus doesn’t seem to pick up the programme start and end signals, so you could end up missing something important, like finding out whodunit in a murder mystery, for example. Unfortunately the recorder doesn’t auto select a blank area when you’ve programmed a recording; you’ll have to do that yourself or you may find you’ve overwritten something you really want to keep. The safe record function is also a mixed blessing. This works by pressing and holding the record button on the remote, at which point it defaults to the end of your disc – fine if you’ve got a three hour slot at the end. If you haven’t you may find that you’ve only managed to capture 10 minutes of that vital programme.

With programmes you’ve recorded through Videoplus or manual programming, it’s easy to go into the disc menu and rename it to something you’ll remember. Pressing the numbers on the remote when in this mode provide a shortcut to certain letters.

Playback

When the recorder comes on – there’s usually a slight delay – the on screen menu shows all the programmes on the disc.(This is exactly the same when loading the discs on your PC) Just use the up and down arrows on the remote to find the one you want, press OK and it loads. Fast forward and rewind buttons work well, though watch out for anything over 8 speed as you can find you’ve reached the end of the programme quite quickly. The chapter forward and back buttons tend to do about 6 minutes at a time, the default chapter setting.

Quality

Sound quality on playback is excellent at all recording settings, with no distortion at high volumes when played back through my hifi. Picture quality varies depending on the setting used, though even on M8 colours are crisp and clear. Fast motion tends to blur on the lower settings, though, so sports fans may want to record the big game on M2 or M1.

Other features

The monitor button on the remote control lets you switch between the disc and the TV tuner. This is especially useful when recording from an external set top box (such as a satellite receiver) as it allows you to check that you’re recording what you think you are.

The disc manager (another button on the remote control) is a key feature. You can add discs to the disc manager (I have named mine ‘disc’ and the number) and then it stores information about all the recordings as they are made. You can then browse this list by title or by disc. Selecting a recording in this mode brings up a message telling you which disc to insert to play your chosen recording.

The disc menu stores an image of your programme as well as the date and length of recording. Typically, this is an image from the first few seconds of recording, so if the image showing is from an ad, you might want to change it for one relating to the programme. You can do this with favourite scene select tool on the remote control. This tool also allows you to divide up recordings (in case, for example, you left it running and have recorded several programmes) and to change chapters.

Annoyances

The most irritating feature is a tendency to freeze from time to time. I still haven’t figured out what sets this off, but pressing buttons repeatedly once it’s gone does NOT help. The only solution at that point is to pull the power cable out and start again. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean starting the setup process again. It’s simply a reboot and then back to normal

I was also not happy that it didn’t integrate as promised with my Philips Freeview box. However, I have learned to live without that.

Summary

In spite of my gripes, I’ve never regretted buying this recorder. Apart from the minor annoyances, the only useful addition would be a hard disk as well, and Philips has another model with this feature.

Because of the many unanticipated, disappointing, discouraging, heartbreaking, defeating and perplexing circumstances that have arisen in your life, you could have very well developed a personality that projects pessimism, sadness, intolerance, cynicism, indifference and a certain amount of ungoverned irritability. The truth stands while the rest falls away. Right. I hear you sarcastically remarking, Where is the catch? The catch is: De-assing. You can no longer consume guilt of any kind, from anyone, anywhere.

You are at a point in your life where what once lured you no longer brings a faint flicker. You are at a breaking point and instead of fearing the collapse, embrace it. It is perfectly alright to feel the pressure of impending doom. The doom is nothing more than you breaking through the walls of collected conditioned emotional debris that no longer hold merit for you. You are like an anxious restless Harley Davidson Rider, who needs the feel of the intense sun soaked wind to beat his face, along with the primal sound of the muffler rumbling beneath his loins. So, with the entrance of your uninvited guest, comes phoniness! You tend to not know how or when enough is enough. You keep pushing. Having problems with sleeping and relaxing, you go and go and go until you literally drop. Why? Because, you are trying to run from you; it does not work.

When is the last time you allowed yourself a truly indulgent delicious meal; without discounting it or tabulating the calorie content? Life is not strictly about how much you can modify it, reduce it, or schedule it into your border patrol of consciousness. Man is innately endowed with desire. Pleasure rules. Passion dictates. When you try to sublimate these desires, your world goes to the vultures. Everything becomes distorted and crippled. It is plain stupidity to try to conceal your actions under the guise of something else. You are what you are. You want what you want. You do what you do. You act as you act. You follow your instinct. Who are you kidding?

Your personal burdens and responsibilities are sacred and you are not accustomed to shirking them. At times, you tend to feel guilty, however, to the point of staled uninspired emotion paralyzing you. It would prove beneficial if you would learn to remember why you are doing what you are doing at any given minute. Stop with the idea that something is going to come from all of this. Nothing is coming that you do not already possess. If you continue to do things just to be thought of as a nice and decent, loving and compassionate person you will no doubt resent the situation and people involved. Become more honest with who you are and what you are truly all about even if it shocks you and the others. It will liberate you from the excessive stringy obligations you feel that are at present stifling.

As selfish as it may sound to you, Life is a one man show. When you are authentic, your life reflects it in every avenue. Others respond to you more authentically. You are able to connect, live, laugh, engage in sex in a more passionate and meaningful way. Levels of unexpressed vitality wait in the balances for your opting to exercise. Why be such a bore? Why not open up to the raw ecstasy inside of you? Who are you trying to convince that you are not a savaging erotically imbued individual? You are not dead, yet. Who can do what you can do like you can do it? You have got so much unfiltered passion in you. You must tap into it. Until you do, delays, aggravations, complications, headaches, health problems, and obstacles will plague you. Stop lying to yourself. It is no longer fun.

The fact is: you have an entire unexplored personal agenda waiting to be excavated. How much time do you really have to invest in projects that no longer stimulate your soul? Get real. Stop lally-gagging. Get up and get busy with those projects that will astonish even your closest associates. You are unmotivated because you are trying to slide through life without an investment of your best self. No morals involve. You have never cared up until this point, why jump tracks now? You can not change horses in the middle of a stream, my mother always told me. You do possess a clever inventive mind: use it.

There is something you have wanted to investigate, nagging at you. But, for 10000 reasons, including 1000 excuses, you try to tell yourself it’s ridiculous to follow that, now. No. it is not! Nothing could be further from the truth. It is the only thing that will bring back life into your dried up bones. It is the sweet fragrance that only you can smell. It draws you like a moth to a flame. The longer you deny the reality of this one need; you will remain dissatisfied in every aspect of your life. Become conscious of just how much this desire infiltrates your mind. Every where you look, there are obvious clues staring you in the face. One of the reasons you use for not pursuing your dream is money. You say you do not have the money. Ha!

Money is a funny creature. It shows up for authentic desires. It shies away from false commands and weak indecisive demands. When you finally admit in your soul, declare outwardly what it is you want more than anything else in the whole wide world, the money will arrive. Do not worry about how it will come. That is not you affair. You follow your passion as a star struck crazed sexually imbued artist and then you shall materialize the means. Nothing short of penetrating the veil will work. You must be fully committed to your one desire. Every act in creation is a powerful sacred sexual manifestation. You are a divine magician; Master of Divine Essence create what you will! There is one prerequisite, however; you must become ruthless in your pursuit of removing layers of artificiality. You will no longer be made to feel guilty or responsible.When you purposely affirm in your heart that you will no longer assume guilt over any matter before, now or hencefore, a tremendous breakthrough is entertained.

A time warped hole, as such, will be instantaneously created; ready to be filled to capacity with new spontaneous sensual artistic desire. Along with the removal of guilt; responsibility, remorse, regret, unsubstantiated relished reverence will leave hurriedly. In its place, authenticity arrives bringing a liberating freedom unlike anything you have experienced since you were 8 years old! Because you have feasted upon the power you thought you needed to exercise control and authority, money you either believed you had to have in order to be important or convinced yourself that IT possessed, uninteresting sex which fed neither your body nor your mind, alcohol and drugs which were mere substitutes for genuine pleasure, food used as a cheap 2 dollar whore in the interim, you will experience an unprecedented freedom which could almost be labeled as dangerous. A person who can no longer be bribed, lured, hypnotized or generated to respond on the outside is truly esoterically dangerous!
