Remanufactured cartridges are different from recycled or refilled cartridges, commonly referred to as, drill & fill. Drill & fill operations merely top off empty cartridges, but do not check critical components such as drums, gears and wipers. A remanufactured cartridges on the other hand, are completely disassembled, worn out parts are discarded and then remanufactured like a new unit.

Some of the critical aspects of the remanufacturing process that ensure that they perform as well as OEM are as follows. Unused toner in old cartridges is discarded. Toner that was not used in a cartridge are particles that were not able hold an electrostatic charge and would be useless. Drums are resurfaced and refinished to eliminate blemishes and give it a renewed magnetic surface. It is the drum that transfers toner to paper so it is the most critical element to image quality. Worn out wipers are replaced. Snags and nicks in the wipers can lead to streaks and blotches on the printed pages. Finally, other worn out and damaged parts are replaced.

Even most OEMs have a policy of remanufacturing returned cartridges at least once. Using remanufactured cartridges reduce waste, protect the environment and save you money.

- good design, easy to clean, good quality – this is how I feel about it. However, the suction cups don’t alwyas work that great – they have to be absolutely dust-free (and ideally a little moist) in order to attach tightly to the tabletop (preferably glass).

The table top works really well for our wood table from the Crate & Barrel. Once applied, it sticks nicely to our table, even my husband is having a hard time lifting the top upwards. Hello friend. Do you enjoy short love poems? Have you ever fallen in love with a stranger even before talking to him/her? If you have, then we are on the same boat. I once saw a girl in the streets at random and I just fell in love with her right there and then. I can not explain why, I just did! This is one of the short love poems I write about meeting a girl in the streets who I immediately feel a communication to. Here goes;

I just remembered this girl i saw, she was so pretty all i could say was ”whoa”. I found myself following her graceful walk from the top of her head to the tip of her toe. I could not make a move though, because she was with a woman who looked like she could attack me with a crossbow. I was in suspended animation, because she had caught my attention, i was almost caught in a precarious situation. As i made my way to get a car, her cute figure lingered from a far, for she had disappeared into the masses just like the sunlight does a star. As i sat meditating in a bus, she suddenly came up from nowhere as conspicuous as a tattoo. Just as she was making her way to the vacant seat next to me, somebody else rushed in and took it leaving me with a nasty feeling as if i had been stung by a bee! I thought then that i would not see her again; she was stuck in my mind just like a stubborn stain. However, when i was at the barbers shop looking out the window pane………………..i suddenly woke up from my sleep and hit my head. Not another dream AGAIN!!

Weddings! If you are a woman, I bet you like weddings. If you are a man, I am sure that you are saying to yourself right now, ”oh, man, not again!” Anyway, for the ladies, I am sure you enjoy the parts of the wedding dedicated to exchange of vows, sort of like wedding poetry. I love that part too. In fact, I liked it so much; I wrote a sample wedding poem for my future wife. Here goes one of my poems for wedding;

Ooh baby you are one of a kind. Although you nag me everyday i do not mind. This is because when i am with you to others i am blind, for you are the finest treasure a man could find. You got me wrapped around your finger just as a book has a bind; we are very close and tighter than an orange and its rind. I cannot shake you off because you have captured my mind, it is like my fate with you has been sealed and signed. When you whisper in my ear you give my heart a good wind, it is like ecstasy and opulence combined. You have the right features in all the right places perfectly designed; everything from your head to your toes has been well defined. I hope your heart and mine are well aligned, this is one prison i do not want to break from, please keep me confined………..

One word describes the CD Close To The Edge from Yes… AWESOME!

Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Overall Close To The Edge is an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up and is most definitely a worthy addition to any Rock collection. Truly an outstanding Rock CD. One of those that is completely void of any wasted time, as each track is simply superb.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 2 – And You And I / Cord Of Life / Eclipse / The Preacher The Teacher / Apocalypse, track 6 – And You And I / Cord Of Life / Eclipse / The Preacher The Teacher / Apocalypse, and track 7 – Siberia

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Close To The Edge: / The Solid Time Of Change / Total Mass Retain / I Get Up I Get Down / Seasons…. Good stuff!
