Das man in einem Kriegspsiel endlich mal die Deutschen in einer Kampgne spielen kann, finde ich gut. Die Deutschen hatten ja nun mal die besten Panzer, die auch im Spiel zu finden sind.
Insgesamt gibt es 100 Vehikel, die sehr genau nachempfunden sind und 30 Missionen die mit Tag-Nachtwechsel ausgestattet sind.
Schade, dass man die Ausgewählte Einheit nicht in eine Fromation bringen kann. So rennen die immer nur in einer riesen irgentwie Gruppe rum. Die Grafik setzte 2004 neue Maßstäbe und ist auch heute noch total zufiedenstellend.
Es gibt in ihren Einheiten auch einen, manchmal auch mehrere, Helden die stäkeren Schaden anrichten und viel einstecken können.
Das Treffersystem ist manchmal etwas doof gemacht worden. Man schießt zum Beispiel mit einem Panzer auf einen feindlichen Soldaten, der vielleicht 5 meter vor einem steht und braucht dann schon ne Weile bis man den abschießt, besonders wenn dieser liegt. Auch die Wegfindung der Fahrzeuge ist nicht so gut gelungen. Leider traten bei mir auch Grafikfeheler bei den Panzern auf. Schade!

Trotzdem ein starkes Spiel, dass mit vielen Fahrzeugen, guten Missionen und toller Grafik fast immer fesselt.

A Captivating Story – Joshua Jacobs –
I really enjoyed this excerpt. While there were a few typos, unnecessary adverbs, and run-on sentences, the writing was compelling and smooth, never feeling awkward or out of place. The words flowed together, piecing together like a puzzle. From beginning to end, I wanted to read further with a strong desire to know what happened next.

The story begins with vivid descriptions of the setting which made it easy for me to put myself in the scene and to fully appreciate the story. Though it took a few pages to get to it, once the Nazis arrived, I was irrevocably hooked. The author’s tight prose helped move the action along and the contrast between the treatment the S.S. gave Mr. Kline and the kindness they showed the dog fascinated me. To me this felt authentic, which the author seems to have focused heavily upon; every character feels real.

Despite the need for a bit more polish, by the end, I wanted to read more. In fact, if I had the entire manuscript I would still be reading.

On a side note to the author, have you considered changing the title? To me, this is a gripping tale that everyone ought to read. The title doesn’t do it justice. It needs something to grab the attention of readers. Just a thought. Excellent work! I hope to see you in the semi-finals!

I work hands on in the construction industry and related fields. I faced a predicament about a year ago when I gave into the iPhone hype.
