Ice Scream: the Remix MUSIC VIDEO DISTRIBUTORS: This horror/comedy is about a perverted ice cream shop owner, Ricky (Richard Van Vleet), who boosts declining sales by renaming his shop to Scoopettes. He markets it as an adult ice cream store. The sleepy town’s store now dishes out gobs of Orgasmic Orange, Peppermint Panties, and Busty Buttercrunch. But wait – what’s that? Eeeeek! There’s an eyeball staring up from the Cherry Forever! The Scoopettes (Bobbi Billard, Akira Lane, and Gelusa Zaripova) are so hot the ice cream will never stay hard! One of the Scoopettes is found murdered in the freezer. The killing continues one at a time and the customers find a little something extra in their ice cream!

Laid to Rest Hände weg! – depfa – Salzburg
eigentlich ist jedes Wort, das man zu diesem Film abgibt, ein verschwendetes.
Baaah, war das anstrengend – ich erwarte mir doch bei einem Horror-Film wirklich jetzt keine durchgängig logische Handlung, aber wenn ich dann schon mehr lachen muss, als mich zu fürchten, würde ich sagen; der Film hat sein Thema verfehlt.
Wer sich “Schlächter”-Filme allein und einzig wegen der Gore-Szenen ansieht, kommt hier sicher nicht zu kurz (die blutigen Szenen sind wirklich “gut”), aber der ganze Film nervt, er wirkt einfach billig und was speziell nervt: Der maskierte Typ scheint einfach unverwundbar – und anstatt so einen Typen wirklich tot zu machen, haut man ihn bloß ein bisschen auf den Kopf, damit er nur jaaa wieder aufstehen kann, paaaah, langweilig! Ganz egal, wie schnell man davon rennt, der maskierte ist natürlich schneller, auch wenn er ganz gemütlich geht. Einfach nur mies!
Der Film war uns nach einer Viertelstunde schon unsympathisch und im Nachhinein denke ich: hätten wir mal auf unser Bauchgefühl gehört und unsere Zeit lieber mit was anderem totgeschlagen.
