This was a great tv for the first 30 days. Last night, it prompted me to update the software and when it came back on there was no picture. I called LG and they told me that I was the third person to call with the same problem. They scheduled to come out in 4 days to service it. They told me to have proof of purchase to show that I’d actually bought the set.

This set may be too complicated for it’s own software. I’m a little upset that I’ve paid top dollar for a unit that only worked for 30 days.
