For as small and inexpensive as this steam is, it actually works pretty well if you take your time and pull the cloth taut as you steam. The water reserve is tiny, though, and I could get though only 1 or 2 items before having to refill. Also, it only worked well on light clothes (like t-shirts). Heavier cottons, wools, and denims were still pretty wrinkled. I’ve used commercial steamers (having worked in retail clothing), and those steamers work on pretty much everything…but considering the price and size, I’d say this little portable worked pretty well. Just don’t have lofty expectations…use this for touch ups, and hang on to your iron for the really wrinkly stuff. However, I will probably end up investing in a pricier model with a hook and huge water tank because I hate ironing.
