NOVI WI-4C 4-Channel FM Wireless Intercom I see many reviews here saying you have to have the intercoms on the same circuit..This is not true..i use one in my house and the other is in a garage apartment out back of the property, Total different power sources and diffenantly Not on the same circuit. It is wireless, and it picks up signals , not circuitry……depending on what is between you Or, what materials is obstructing those signals can disrupt them, but again power circuitry and house wiring plays no part.
These are great items and i have used many…the only downside is they do not last as long as i would wish, mostly two years is about as good as it gets, they soon stop working and you have to use each channel untill they all stop working……Then its out to purchase another set.(it starts with buzzing sound and channels have to be played with to get clear signals, then they stop working all together)
I did not purchase mine from amazon, but i will now cause no one else carries them anymore. NOVI: WHI-4C WESTINGHOUSE 4-CHANNEL $69.99
