With advertising, although the payoff can be high when done correctly, as Henry Ford point out, '50 per cent of my advertising works; I only wish I knew which 50 per cent' (Denny, 2006, pg 58).

You can continue to do the same thing, but you will continue to get the same result if you don't change.
