The amount of MLM companies have grown over the past few years and many of them have also been in business for years. However, many who enter into a MLM business go in with the idea that they will automatic become successful. MLM companies requires a certain level of commitment and a lot of hard work. Just as any business, you have to build your lead and network.
The first step, to building your MLM business is to understand how to generate qualified leads. Not everyone is a lead. Some people are just not interested and you have to understand that, so you can move on. Forcing people or offering false money making potential will only cause you to have a lot of people in your down line who will eventually quit, because they weren't interested in the first place.
The second step, is to properly train your leads. Your leads need training and motivation to pursue the ultimate goal for the business. If you are the type of leader, that just sign people up and leave them for themselves, they will quit on you sooner if not later.
The third step, to building your MLM business is to stop forcing your friends and family members to sign up, so you can get a bonus. I understand your inner circle will provide you with the boost you need to get your MLM business going. However, be careful your might lose some friends and your family member might not deal with you the same, when things turn sour.
The fourth step, is to create a site, a blog, and other business materials for your business. Such as, business cards, flyers and postcards. People will need to know how to reach you. For example, let's say you have a potential client, but they do not want to make a decision to sign up at the time, give them your business materials to take home and think about. That way, if they decide to sign up, they will know how to contact you.
The firth step to building your MLM business is to always present yourself professionally. Do not pressure, force, intimidate, lie, exaggerate to people about your MLM business and success. The quickest way to make a name for yourself, is to develop a bad reputation.
I personally do not like MLM businesses. However, I do have a lot of friends who are in that type of business and some of them have been successful. For this reason I share this information with you to provide you with some encouragement; especially for those who have been cheated by these type of companies. Like every successful business hard work and commitment is required. You can not and should not except any type of business that promises to make you rich overnight, no matter how convincing it may sound. You'll just end up with the shorter end of the stick. Before entering any type of business endeavor, especially MLM businesses, do your research.

Youth Fundraising Features
The Following Story is from Associated Content and brought to you by Davids Cookies
The days of bake sales and car washes are fading. The current trend in organizational fundraising is targetted appeals for monetary donations.
No matter how worthy the cause, many people are uncomfortable asking for money. Help your organization raise the needed cash by writing a fundraising letter that gets noticed.
1. Make the greeting count.
Whenever possible, begin the fundraising letter with a personal greeting. If you can’t insert each recipient’s name, use a salutation that sets the recipient apart, for example:
“Dear Hodge High School Alumnus,”
“Hello, Saint Paul Parishioner,”
“Fellow Community Member,”
The goal is to remind the recipients that they are part of a group.
Once you have the reader’s attention, help them remember the benefits they might have received from the group in the past. Don’t limit yourself to the tangible – often emotional benefits are even more valuable.
“Remember the fun we always had traveling to band competitions? Even when we didn’t win, we built friendships, camaraderie and sportsmanship.”
“What would our weekly worship service be like without the magnificent statues and tapestries that adorn our sanctuary?”
“The Down Town Renovation Committee hopes you are enjoying the new sidewalks and landscaping on the north end of town. The area has become a favorite place to enjoy an evening stroll since the project has been completed.”
2. State the need.
Let the recipient know how much money you need and where the money will be going.
“Because of the raising cost of transportation and the reduction in money we get from the school, we need to raise $15,000 in order to keep the tradition of excellence that has defined the Hodge High School Marching Band,. Without these funds, the band will not be able to travel to any competitions or away football games this year.”
“Due to water damage from last month’s storm, we are faced with an additional $500 in cleaning costs this month.”
“It is now time to make the south end of town as beautiful and easy to navigate. We still need over $50,000 to make this happen.”
3. Ask for donations and state a suggested amount
If you need to raise a large amount of money, offer different levels of monetary support.
“Please consider a donation to the Band. Your donation of $25 will be enough to pay for one student’s seat on the bus for one game or trip. $250 will support a student for our entire season.”
“If each family in our parish could donate just five extra dollars this week, we would be able to restore our art to its usual glory.”
“The committee is asking for $50 donations from businesses on this end of town to help underwrite the cost of the work.”
4. Offer recognition.
Everyone likes to be rewarded. Make sure donors know they are appreciated.
“ABC Signs has offered to donate a plaque with each sponsors’ name inscribed.”
“Make sure to write ‘Art Cleaning’ on the memo of your check, as we will thank each family who donates in next week’s bulletin.”
“For every $50 your business donates, you will receive a ticket to the Chamber of Commerce Winter Banquet this year.”
5. Make donating easy.
Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelop or arrange for online donations. The more work someone has to do, the less likely they are to give.
6. Keep it short and keep it thankful.
A fundraising letter of one page or less is most likely to be read. Any longer than that and you risk boring your reader or being put in a pile “to be read later”.
Be sure to end your letter by thanking the recipient for their support and time. End on a friendly note so that the donor is happy to have received the letter and thinks well of your organization, even if they are unable to give money right away.

Wine tasting, shmine tasting…bring on the beer! Dayton's Alefest brings beers of the world together for a tasting extravaganza! If you're a connoisseur of beer, this is the must-see festival of the summer in Dayton, Ohio. Carillon Historical Park hosts the Alefest in late August each year. The event takes place one of the last two Saturdays of the month, and begins late afternoon until the early evening. Upon arrival, each beer taster is given a souvenir beer tasting glass, a guide to the festival, and a string of 20 tickets, good for any type of beer in the festival. There are several food vendors at the event, so no worries about drinking on an empty stomach…and naturally, there's plenty to drink! Tickets cost $25 if purchased in advance or $30 at the gate. If you're a non-drinker or the designated driver, the entry fee is $15 and includes a bottle of water, a food voucher, and an official Alefest beer tasting glass as you exit the festival. Proceeds from the event benefit the Diabetes Association of the Dayton Area, and if you're so inclined, there is a wide variety of Alefest merchandise available for purchase. The festival also offers beer wearables and memorabilia, and a silent auction and raffle for beer collectibles. Alefest offers live entertainment by radio stations and live bands throughout the event, as well as a celebrity beer tasting contest for the entertainment of others attending. Guides are passed out at the gate when tasters enter the festival. These booklets include facts about brewing beers and ales, what the difference is between the various types, and references about the different breweries represented at the event. Tasters will find typical beer favorites including Newcastle, Guinness, Coors, Sam Adams, Rolling Rock, and Beck's. There are also some fantastic brews from smaller breweries including Great Lakes, Otter Creek, Thirsty Dog, Melbourn Brothers, and Gordon Biersch. This event offers beer drinkers a chance to sample a variety of beers not available in some bars and stores, without having to travel far or buy an entire case just for a sample. Alefest is a great late summer event for anyone 21 and up in the Dayton area! _______________________________________ Are you a 'newbie' or a 'geek'? Regardless, you'll find something to peak your computer knowledge (or lack thereof) at the Computerfest. Usually the first or second weekend in September, the Computerfest is held at Dayton's Hara Arena and is a volunteer-run event. It's a computer geek's dream—deals on computers, lecture series, how-to's, exhibits, and TONS of vendors cram into Hara for a weekend in an event that puts some Trekkie conventions to shame. Visitors new to this festival can find some great deals on full computers, computer parts, CD-R's, DVD-R's, cables, and just about any computer accessory known to man. If I remember my last experience there, you could even purchase 8-bit gaming systems from days past. A little bit of nostalgia tossed in among the technology of the future, all crammed into one convention center. Many vendors will haggle prices with potential buyers, making this event more of a flea-market-like atmosphere, but also giving the buyer the potential to get an event better price on the computer piece they want to buy. The 2003 Computerfest also introduced a new segment to the festival–a 200-seat LAN gaming area, for all the gamers interested in playing some multi-player games. Tickets are available in advance at various locations around the Dayton area and on the Computerfest website. Advance tickets are $5 and include free parking at the event. If you choose to purchase your tickets at the door, they are $7, and also include free parking at Hara Arena. Children under 12 are free to the event. __________________________________ Do you like Hip Hop, R&B, or are just interested in Black Culture? Dayton's Black Cultural Festival hits the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in mid-July of each summer. The music at this festival will blow you away–Jazz, R&B, Blues and Reggae can be heard from different music stages throughout the festival. If watching dance is your cup, head to the African Dance area located near the African Village where you can see traditional African dances put on by people dressed in full costume. Also in the African village, you can check out crafts, art, fashion, and storytelling, for visitors interested in learning more about the African culture. The festival also has a parade and a traditional African wedding for those interested (actual vows are not exchanged, so it's not a legal wedding…just for show). New for 2005, the Black Cultural Festival also included a 3 on 3 basketball tournament where contestants could show off their skills and the winning team got a prize. The festival costs $5 entry fee. __________________________________ Like 'Lord of the Rings'? Enjoy the times of Lords and Ladies? Then you'll love the Ohio Renaissance Festival! Running from late August until mid to late October, the Renaissance Festival has a permanent home just South of Dayton in Harveysburg, Ohio. As visitors walk past the guarded gate, they find themselves in a 16th Century English village. Strolling musicians, food vendors with giant pickles, pretzels, beer and turkey legs line the streets. Everyone who works the festival dresses in period costume, and if you feel the urge, you can join in as well–costumes are available for rent at the front gate. If you just want to dress up to remember the festival and live in the moment, there is a picture stand where visitors can dress in period costumes with props for a quick picture, developed while you wait. Daily events include a full armored joust, a parade for the queen, and a variety of shows including the Washing Wenches, the Mud Show, and A Pirate Show. If you don't like sitting still for that long, or plan on bringing kids, there are rides (all human powered, of course), and games (knife throwing, ax throwing, tomato tossing, rope ladder climbing, etc.). The Renaissance festival has a variety of shops lining the outer ring of the festival village grounds. Customers can purchase costumes, headdresses, elf ears (you'd be surprised how popular they are), swords, leather mugs, viking gear, jewelry, glassware, and much more. The festival runs only on weekends during the late summer/early fall, and certain weekends are themed weekends including kids get in free, Nordic weekend, Pirate weekend, Festival of Fools, and the Highland Fling. Tickets are $16.99 for adults and $9.99 for kids age 5-12. Kids under 5 are free. Online discounts are available at the festival website (www.renfestival.com), and will knock $2 off adult entry fees and $1 off the price for kids. ______________________________________ Late spring is the best time to take a vacation, but why pay all the money for flights around the world when you can get the best of every country all in one place? Dayton's World A'Fair is held each year in May at the Dayton Convention Center for a weekend. This festival includes a showcase of food, dancing, costumes, and cultural exhibits that showcase countries from across the globe. Residents of the Dayton area participate and celebrate their heritage, ethnic backgrounds and diversity. Various cultural groups from the Miami Valley participate in the festival. Each country enters a young woman in the 'Miss World A'Fair' contest, and the winner leads the parade that starts off the festival. There is also a world flag procession each day, and various entertainment on a formal stage, and an informal stage, where visitors can learn new dances and participate with those in costume. The World A'Fair is a great place to get souvenirs from countries around the world without having to make the trip there, it's also a fantastic way to sample new foods in a central location. Tickets are $3 in advance and parking will cost another $3.

Profitable Fundraiser Features
The Following Blog Post is from Associated Content and brought to you by pie fundraiser
Pizza and cookie dough can only make so much money, and if you have a smaller school the profits may be a little small after paying the corporation you are selling for. If you need some ideas on different fundraiser ideas, here are a few our school currently uses and ideas that have been suggested.
1. Fun Night
While it may not rake in hoards of money, it really gets all the parents and teachers involved in the fundraising. One night a year the PTO organizes a special night with games and prizes for the kids. Kids bring quarts to play games, and get tickets from the games (two if you win, one if you lose basically – some games have slightly different rules though). Prizes are given depending on the number of tickets you have.
Raffle baskets are also set up with items donated by parents, teachers, and other members in the community (for example, we have our own business and donated candles for a few of the baskets). Kids baskets are 50 cents per ticket and adult baskets are a dollar. Names are drawn at the end of the night. Trust me this is a HUGE deal too, and many stick around just to hear the winners names.
Over all Fun Night is an absolute blast for the kids, and the parents have fun as well. It doesn't come without some work though, but it's still a great tradition that earns the PTO good money every year.
2. Bake Sales
A pretty simple concept, but it can go a long ways. Bake sales can be done at small town events or craft shows even. Items should be donated by parents to sell. A very small cost that can go a long ways, since baked goods don't have to be expensive like normal fundraiser items. If your town has a farmers market, you can check in to getting your school a table for a few weeks. You'll of course need some volunteers to sit with the table, but it's a pretty easy job.
3. Different Fundraiser Items
Pizza with other items has become quite the norm around here, and people are growing a bit tired of the expensive prices knowing not a very large percent is going to the school. In fact, most of the items cost more than twice as much as they do in stores, with only 40% going to the school. The kids around here aren't exactly impressed with the “prizes” they get for selling certain amounts either.
Instead of going the “normal” amount, you may look into a wholesale company or company set up for fundraisers with decent prices. Make party plan companies like Tupperware are set up for school fundraisers, and offer products people will normally pay full price for anyway. Check with your local reps to see what type of plans are offered.
You can also do something like candy, which is very simple to sell anywhere you go. Just the other day there was a boy at my door selling chocolate bars for a $1. The profits were going to band I do believe, so I most certaintly bought a few. I'd be spending the same amount on a candy bar anyway, so why not? There are lots of different companies which offer decent prices and larger profits, so shop around!
Whenever you are looking into fundraiser ideas, be sure to keep the parents and families in mind. The goal is to make as much profit as possible, keep the prices as low as possible for parents and the profits as high as possible. In my sales experience, the lower your prices the more people will buy, giving you a higher profit!

MLM business opportunities are becoming more popular as more people are looking for a way to add extra income, or even replace their full-time income. Other people are tired of working all their lives to make someone else rich. Today's network marketing industry is expanding thanks to the power of the Internet. There are more ways to promote your business than ever before. Internet marketing and communication is tailor made for network marketing. And the best part: It's free!
1. Create a personal Web site. Many multi-level-marketing companies give their members a Web site to sell products and to promote their business. Some companies even allow members to create a separate website full of information about the company, business opportunity and products. These sites can be invaluable in attracting online traffic. In fact, you may want to have a few sites that focus on different aspects of your business.
When writing copy for your site, focus on using keywords that people would type into search engines when looking for your company, products or business opportunity. For example, you might have a product site and a business opportunity site. Also include plenty of links to pages where people can buy products or join your team.
2. Create a blog. Blogs can be effective for attracting people who are interested in your company or business angle. Are you a work-at-home mom running a part-time network marketing business? Then write about your experiences, and write to other moms working from home or looking for a home-based business. Top blog sites are WordPress and Blogger.
3. Film a video and post it on YouTube. You don't have to be a professional filmmaker to have a good video. Keep your video to no more than six or seven minutes. Demonstrate a product, share business tips or explain your company's compensation plan. Just make it interesting and keep it short. YouTube gets a ton of traffic, and you can promote your videos on other sites.
4. Facebook it. Digg it. Tweet it. There are plenty of social networking sites that are crucial in growing your business. You don't have to join each one, but pick the ones that you think will be best for your network marketing business. Facebook, Digg and Twitter are three of the most popular.
Facebook allows you to create groups and fan pages where people join and receive updates from you. They can also share pictures, videos and other media. On Digg, you can promote articles you've written online by “digging” them and create more exposure. Twitter is an easy way for people to keep up with you as you create short feeds/posts on what is going on with your business. This is a great way to notify customers and team members of new products and important events and dates.
5. Post on Craigslist. This is a simple way to post home-based business opportunities. Just don't post the same thing too many times, or Craigslist could cancel your account.
6. Post comments on forums and other blogs. Creating a good presence on blogs and forums is a great way to get backlinks to your website or blog. Post comments that allow you to include a link to your site or blog. Post comments and forum topics that are relevant to the topic. This helps build a good report with other members who are likely to add a link to your site on their site. It's all about networking!
Every network marketing company has different policies for promoting your business online. Check with your company to see what is acceptable.

MLM Lead Stories
Thanks to buy mlm leads for bringing the following blog post
Nothing can beat the business or opportunity that MLM home business can give. Even if a complex system achieved great results for you, others will find it difficult to copy. In networking MLM, personal success is not your greatest asset.
Self-starters are the type of people who do not just sit around thinking about something over and over again. Yet no action is taken to get things done. They decide on what needs to be done and simply do it. It does not take a rocket scientist to make a network work. There are also no magic bullets, books, software, devices, meetings, and tapes that can make it any harder or easier.
Then you would develop and design your site. In the end you would have a website that you have developed yourself.
Many years ago, just the thought of MLM affiliate programs, franchises and home businesses are enough to scare people off. Go for the same phenomenal results. This is quality duplication. Each person in your MLM networking, from top to bottom, must be able to exactly duplicate what you are doing and be able to teach others to do exactly the same thing. How large a sales team you can build depends on how well it is duplicated.
your motivation for starting your MLM business could be to earn $500 or $1,000 per month or $10,000 or $20,000 per month. Or it could be that you want to home school your kids, and that requires earning an income working from home. In building a successful and long-term network, the MLM networking system must rule. Remember a system is only as good as it is duplicated.
The more complex a system, the less likely quality duplication will be achieved. To make sure you duplicate well, follow the System you are provided with religiously. There is no perfect system and your time is better spent perfecting your ability to duplicate it rather than perfecting a system.
Keeping it simple. To ensure you do things that your distributor can learn from and duplicate. Is what I am doing easily duplicable? Is it simple enough to be duplicated? Keep asking yourself this same questions and if you answer “yes” at least 75 % of the time, you are on the right track.
The self-disciplined individual is one who does not need someone standing over. Or having someone tells them what, how and when to do. They do not need anyone telling to get something done. They are able to determine what needs to be done, then set aside time to do it.
An MLM business may fail, many do first time around. But the self-disciplined individual does not accept that they are a failure. They simply learn from the mistakes and use them as a tool to attain success.

Before you even join My Multilevel marketing business: Is My Product Special?
This is one of the most significant criteria you have to consider before you join any mlm company. Ok, I'm definitely likely to rub some folks in a wrong way here. The product of the company should have little if any competitors out there. If you look out there now, there are numerous juices company and also the ingredients in these juices are 75% similar. I won't mention any name. But all these products is lacking uniqueness. Before you even join my network marketing business, are my products unique?
Before You Join My Multilevel marketing business: Just how much Selling Do I Have To Do?
I am sorry I do not know about you, I didn't get involve in the network marketing industry to market products. In the event that was the case, I might have get a job as Pharmaceutical sales rep (I have MS in Pharmaceutical Engineering). If you have to go back every month to market products that people don't really need or use, then you might be joining the wrong company. The question you ought to ask is; would I buy my own products if I'm out of work?
Before You Join My MLM Business: Who're The Company's owners?
I want you to understand something here. All mlm founders have honesty; perhaps according to the upline at the Saturday events. PLEASE understand one thing that is very basic. Mlm Company owners are BUSINESS OWNERS. They make business decisions. If it makes business good sense to get rid of the Network marketing Company or shut it down, they'll do it. This does not mean that they don't have any honesty. They are not your uncle, aunty or loved ones.
That being said, you have to think about the amount of mlm multi-level marketing experience that they have. In most cases, you want the founders of the company to have built a successful organization before in a different mlm company. They would be able to relate better to their active representatives. The decisions they make will also have more tendencies to gear towards favoring the representatives.
Before You Join My Network marketing business: How Long Has My Mlm Company been in Business?
This is definitely a criterion you should consider before you join any mlm company. However, this factor is somewhat overrated. There are zillions of people (so called experts) online that will tell you not to join a company because it's a start up company. There is a risk to joining a startup mlm company. However, you have to realize that ALL mlm company was at point a start up. Perform your investigation on all other factors before you join a startup mlm company.
Before You Join My MLM Business: What Is The Financial Status Of My MLM Company
The swiftest approach to know if a multilevel marketing company will shut down soon is to understand how the business is doing fiscally. I am not suggesting that you should start researching their financial statements (which should be public). But you can Google the company. See if there is any news lately about them. How is their stock doing recently? Have they acquired any company lately? Have they increased their product line recently? These are example of information that could give you insight to how they are doing financially.
Before You Join My MLM Business: What Is the Marketing System In Place
Before You join my multilevel marketing business, you must be aware that mlm is really a business. Much like any business, you would have to market the business. 99% of the Multilevel marketing companies available still practice the traditional home meeting, hotel weekly meetings strategies. There is nothing wrong using this. It is still efficient if done correctly. Nevertheless, you have to incorporate the online world. Every productive business has existence on the internet. Why do you think yours will be different? Building your MLM online is a must in this age. The online world is more effective for generating leads and putting the business enterprise opportunity in front of a large number of people per day. Does my MLM Business include the web into part of the marketing plans?
