One of the best known ways to create an extra income stream in internet marketing is to license a product with resell rights and then offer it for sale. It sounds simple enough, but most people won’t be successful with that approach for one simple reason. Fortunately, it’s a problem that can be fixed quickly and easily.

Two of the most lucrative ways of making money in internet marketing are affiliate marketing, or promoting someone else’s product, and direct marketing, where you’re promoting your own product. Most people find the latter is an easier way to make money online. One big stumbling block most people run up against is their lack of knowledge in exactly how to create and ebook or information product.

Fortunately, there’s a way around that. You can buy an existing product that includes resell rights, and promote it. A resell rights product, just like it sounds, gives you the rights to resell the product. You don’t act as an affiliate, you sell the product all on your own, and keep 100% of the money earned. (Note: some categories of resell rights product allow you to put your own name on the product as the author — check the licensing terms carefully to know exactly what rights you have.)

It all sounds rosy, doesn’t it? You find a product you like and that is of good quality, you purchase the rights, and start selling it yourself. What could be easier? What could stop you from getting rich with such a system?

I’ll be blunt — your biggest hurdle is going to be yourself. Here’s what usually happens when someone buys a product with resell rights:

1. You purchase the product.

2. You download the product to your computer.

3. You look at the product and think how cool it is.

4. You forget about the product and start looking for something else.

If you’ve been in the internet marketing business for any length of time and use resell rights products as an extra income stream, I would bet money that you have unused products on your hard drive right now. I’ve talked to dozens of people and they all say the same thing, “I’ve got to stop buying more resell rights products and start using the ones I have!”

So the hidden pitfall mention in the title of this article? It’s yourself! It’s me! It’s human nature!

If you’re going to become successful in selling resell rights products, you need to get at least a little bit organized in your approach. Here are three simple steps you can take to make sure you reap the benefits from that “buried treasure” on your computer.

1. Create a list of your existing resell rights products and include a column that allows you to see at a glance which ones have been used and which ones are still collecting digital dust on your hard drive.

2. Commit to putting new resell rights products on your list right away. If you put it off, you’ll forget you even have them and you’ll have wasted your money.

3. Put up sticky notes on your monitor to remind yourself that you have a waiting resell rights product you need to launch. If a sticky note doesn’t work, use some type of reminder system — don’t just leave it to your memory.

If you put those three steps into place you’re much more likely to sell the products you have available. And it’s only when a sale takes place that you’re able to recoup your investment and then start making a profit in your online business.

I purchased a Mediflow waterbase pillow years (ten?) ago and LOVED it. However, after about about six or seven years, the cover fabric had worn thin, so I tossed it. Over these past few years I’ve tried other pillows, including one from a chirpractor and two memory foam pillows. You may ask, then, why, at 7:50am on a Saturday am I on Amazon looking for a Mediflow pillow? Because I’m tired of being in pain – neck, shoulder, and upper back. This morning I’m going back to the only pillow that has ever worked for me – a Mediflow.

You may wonder why it took me so long if I loved it so much. WELL, there is one thing that bugged me about the Mediflow, and it’s the very thing that make it great – It’s filled with water. While the water is what makes it awesome, it also makes it very heavy, and it also makes it impossible to use to prop yourself up in bed to read, meditate, watch TV, or whatever you sit up for. That was a drag. Plus my husband always got grouchy if I moved the pillow too far to his side when I woke up before him, because it was heavy to push back over when he was half asleep. However, none of this matters to me anymore. I’m sick of my neck and upper back hurting, so I’m going back to the Mediflow.

While this is definitely a Devin Townsend album, Ki has a very unique sound and feel compared to some of his other works. Many of the tracks are very laid back. Indeed, some of the songs seem to be reaching for some uber-metal place, then back off in to a nice groove. Some people have complained about this quality of the album, but I think it sets it apart in a wonderful way from Devin’s other works. I don’t say this to take away from masterpieces like Terria. Its just a different album. There are definitely some rocking parts of the album, but there are also some great, smooth parts too.

This is the first of 4 concept albums of the “Devin Townsend Project”. I plan on reviewing Addicted, the second, on its page. I can tell you that this project is shaping up to create perhaps some of his greatest work.

Several studies have shown that certain foods are very good for the eyes and can help protect your eyesight. Carrots

I think we all heard that carrots are good for the eyes. And it is absolutely true! Carrots are rich in beta carotene (an inactive form of vitamin A). Beta carotene is an antioxidant that can help you prevent cataracts and macular degeneration. Even though carrots are mostly associated as eye food, they have numerous other advantages for your health (especially for skin problems). If you want to make good use of the vitamin A in the carrots eat your carrots with a little bit of oil (a salad with olive oil would be my choice). The reason for that is that beta carotene as an inactive form of vitamin A is lipophilic meaning it dissolves in fats, oils and lipids.

Spinach

Spinach is rich with beta carotene and vitamin C. Spinach contains lutein and zeaxantin (two antioxidants that can be found in the macula of the eye) so eating foods rich in these two substances increases the pigment density in the macula, and protect your eyes from sun damage and blue light, all that being helpful in preventing macular degeneration.

Spinach can be eaten raw or cooked, but beware, do not overcooked (because it will lose important nutritive substances) and do not leave the cooked spinach for the day after (because the nitrates in the spinach can turn into toxic substances).

Kale, broccoli and Brussels sprouts

They are rich in vitamin C which is a antioxidant beneficial to the eyes. They contain as well vitamin K and A, and lutein and zeaxathin. They can be eaten cooked (steamed) or even raw. There is another reason you should eat kale, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. They are anti cancerous foods!

Blueberries, black raspberry, cranberry, red grape

All these fruits contain anthocyanins, a powerful antioxidant that increases night vision. Anthocyanins are highly concentrated in berries of the mentioned fruits and eating just a cup of them can help night vision within 30 minutes. Anthocyanins have potential health effects against aging and neurological diseases, inflammation, bacterial infections and even cancer.

Wild salmon, cod, sardines and tuna

Scientific studies have shown that omega-3 fats help protect your eyes.

Omega- 3 fats are essential for visual development during infancy. A deficiency in this fatty acid can lead to damages to the retina of the eye. Essential fatty acids are important for the regulation of intraocular pressure because they help the drainage of eye fluids.

Furthermore cold water fish are rich in Dicosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an important fat that helps the stabilizing of cell membranes in the body. DHA is recommended for the treatment of macular degeneration, dry eyes and overall sight preservation.

Eating two times a week fish should be sufficient to lower the risks of age related macular degeneration.

Ostriches

Ostriches are rich with zinc another important ingredients for the preservation of your eyes. Zinc can be found in the retina, and in people affected by macular degeneration the levels of zinc in the retina are quite low. Because zinc helps the functioning of enzymes responsible for the eye, eating food rich with zinc should help you prevent or treat macular degeneration.

Turkey meat

Turkey meat is also rich in zinc and with niacin (a B-vitamin that protects the eyes against cataracts).

Eggs

Eggs contain sulfur, lutein, lecithin and amino acids. All this substances are good for your eyes. Sulfur helps protect the eye lens from cataract formation while lutein decreases the risk of macular degeneration.

Garlic and onions

They are rich in sulfur, which is essential for the production of glutathione. Glutathione is an antioxidant that helps in preserving the lens of the eye.

Other foods

There are many foods that are beneficial for your eyes: Soy (rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E), sweet potatoes (they contain beta carotene), wine (red wine is rich with antioxidants), flaxseed (rich with Omega-3) and virgin oil.

One feedback left said it was great for water and that may be true.
